Rose Cottage Event Terms & Conditions

​Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Bookings are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each booking includes one private family photography session during your selected morning or afternoon session.

Your ticket includes the inclusions listed on the event booking page at the time of purchase.

Any additional products, digital image upgrades or future promotions are not included unless otherwise stated.

As places are limited and prepared specifically for each event, bookings are non-refundable due to a change of mind or personal circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another family by notifying Rose Cottage as soon as possible before the event. If a waitlist is in place, we are happy to assist in finding another family where possible, however this cannot be guaranteed.

If Rose Cottage determines that severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances make it unsafe or impractical to proceed, the event will be postponed.

In this instance, your booking will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.

If you are unable to attend the new date, you may:

• transfer your booking to another family; or

• receive a Rose Cottage credit valid for 12 months, redeemable towards any Rose Cottage photography session or event (ie. Garden Gatherings, Spring or Christmas mini's). 

The Fairy Garden is an outdoor experience.

The event will proceed in light rain, with activities adapted where possible.

In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, guests will be contacted via email and SMS with a postponed date or alternative arrangements.

Each family will receive one approximately 10-15 minute photography session.

Photography times are managed throughout the session and may vary slightly depending on the needs of each child. 

Every gallery includes 7 professionally edited digital images.

Additional image upgrades may be available for purchase after gallery delivery.

Rose Cottage retains artistic discretion regarding editing style, image selection and final gallery presentation.

During the Fairy Garden experience, Rose Cottage may capture photographs and short video clips for promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and future advertising.

During the booking process you will be asked whether you consent to your family appearing in promotional photographs or video.

We will always respect the preference selected during your booking.

Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times.

Rose Cottage fairy hosts are present to help create a magical experience but are not responsible for supervising children.

Parents and guardians must remain with their children throughout the event.

The Fairy Garden is located within a natural outdoor environment.

Guests should expect:

• uneven ground

• garden pavers and steps 

• rocks and stones

• tree roots

• woodchips

• tree stumps and balancing logs

• insects

• varying weather conditions

Please wear suitable footwear and supervise children while exploring.

Guests enter the property at their own risk.

Tea and coffee will be available for adults throughout the session.

Families are welcome to bring their own water bottles and snacks.

If refreshments are provided by Rose Cottage, every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements advised at the time of booking.

However, Rose Cottage cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Fairy wings, flower crowns and costume accessories remain the property of Rose Cottage and are provided for use during the event only. Children may be asked to share so others can use them for their photos. 

We kindly ask that all borrowed items are returned before leaving.

Fairy Treasure pouches and Fairy Adventure Books are yours to keep.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, Rose Cottage reserves the right to ask guests to leave if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, damaging to property or surroundings, or causes disruption to other families.

No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for managing your booking, communicating event information and delivering your photography gallery.

Rose Cottage will not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
